To the year ending March 2024, more New Zealanders have left their home country than ever before. Statistics recorded a net loss of 52,000 people.
Naturally, the left put this down to the fact that Mr Luxon is a far right demagogue who wants to destroy everything good in New Zealand. An analysis that ignores the fact that Luxon has identified far left Barack Obama as his favourite politician, Even using Air NZ cash to bring Obama here for a speaking tour.
Recent reports from real estate agents state that the rich in numbers large are selling up and moving out. Apparently to Australia. They would not be engaging in this desertion if they thought Mr Luxon was on their side.
People are leaving because they can see FAILED SOCIALIST STATE in great big flashing neon letters, and they also (more importantly) see Mr Luxon is not the answer.

Recent polling delivers the astonishing news that the Greens have gone up two points and Mr Luxon’s net approval rating is 8 points below the vacuous loser Chris Hipkins.
This of course supports the conclusion above. That it is smart people who are leaving. Causing an uptick in percentages that apply to the left. In simple terms, the more stupid the population, the more they vote left.
So while much of the world is awakening to the fact that the left are a plague, NZ is like the UK stuck in the same old downward spiral and Luxon like Rishi Sunak, has no real idea how to fix it.
Sure he’s right that it is the economy, but an important reason we have a poor economy is the left have dominated the political conversation. They have gradually narrowed the spectrum of discussion to the point where nothing outside parameters that suit a one party socialist state is tolerated.

Luxon shows no sign that he understands this critical factor. He cannot discern that anything is wrong. A diagnosis confirmed by his fanboy worship of the extreme left disaster for the USA that is Barack Obama.
Luxon does not understand the real problem so he cannot fix it.
So- smart people see this and are leaving. Worse, National, ACT and NZ First voters are leaving. It is a massive demographical shift that is unlikely to be changed by Mr Luxon or the current National Party.
Luxon and the liberal cadre that have infiltrated and taken over the party have to go. New Zealand’s needs so much, and National are delivering so little. Its quite possible the dream is over for ever, and the flashing FAILED SOCIALIST STATE sign will be permanent.
Unless a more effective opposition and importantly a real leader can rise out of the ashes.

Nailed it Red, and I am not optimistic, but realistic about NZs future. Can you imagine the country in 30 – 50 years time?

The problem that Mr Luxon has is those NZers he needs to vote for him are not seeing him as the solution and giving up. He has to do more to give people hope, and to convince them that NZ is worth sticking with.

Sadly I am afraid you are right.

Nailed it again, my friend. But it isn’t just Luxon. As with the hapless John Key, Luxon’s entire team is a hopeless agglomeration of wets, communists, HR women and queers. There’s nobody else in the top 10 who could do a better job tan Luxon, but I guess it’s conversely a fact that any of them could be swapped in and it would be no worse.
Just look at the top 10. Willis & Bishop, architects of the disastrous Todd Muller experiment. Reti, who still refuses to admit the massive damage done by the Covid tyranny and clot shots. Simeon Brown is going to be good. I see him as a future leader, but he’s 15 years old. Stanford’s like the woman from HR who’s been promoted two levels above her ability. I could go on, but you get the point. They’reall utterly useless.
As you know, I left New Zealand part-way through Clark’s reign of terror, living in Australia from 2003 – 2012. I am once again eyeing the Lucky Country and have a reconnoitre planned for a couple of weeks from now.
